The Richland Community Days Committee is very pleased and excited to announce the 2023 Entertainment Schedule. Once again, we have a very wide variety of outstanding, top notch music acts for everybody’s musical tastes including rock, oldies, country, 80s party songs, dance tune favorites, and current hits. There will be two stages of live music at the Music Tent Stage on Schoolhouse Road in front of the Richland Township Municipal Building and the Field Stage along Theatre Drive. This year, our feature entertainers are returning favorites along with first time bands at RC Days including national recording acts, excellent tribute bands, and many regional first-rate music performers.

HY-5
HY-5 will be making their first appearance at Richland Community Days this year on Friday, August 18th 5:30 - 8:30 on the Field Stage before and after the parade. HY-5 started in the early 1980s and is still going strong today consistently providing quality classic rock tunes to its fans. With a lineup of well seasoned musicians, the band covers a wide variety of classic rock tunes from many decades as well as some newer songs. This polished five piece group can be heard at many venues in central and western Pennsylvania as well as western Maryland. The band members are Rob Ruff, on guitar, MaryAnn Ruff on vocals and keyboards, Dave Mulhollen on vocals and bass guitar, Dave Donaldson on drums, and Ken Harnish on vocals, keyboards, and vocals. They can be heard at many venues in central and western Pennsylvania as well as western Maryland.

Johnstown Civic Concert Band
The Johnstown Civic Concert band will be back at Richland Community Days for 2023 on Friday, August 18th 5:30 - 6:30 at the Music Tent Stage. This large group of musicians consists of young students up to senior players. This will be the 14th year the Civic Band has performed at Richland Community Days and we are looking forward to having them back to play a variety of music for everyone.

Ole 97 Johnny Cash & June Carter Tribute Band
Returning by popular request at Richland Community Days will be Ole 97 Johnny Cash & June Carter Tribute Band on Friday, August 18th 7:30 - 10:30 at the Music Tent Stage. Ole 97 has been entertaining audiences across several states for many years with their show to capture that authentic Johnny Cash sound. The band has developed a large and loyal fan base who enjoy the variety of Johnny Cash songs from his early days until his last recordings including the famous duets with June Carter. Randy Hunter as Johnny Cash sings just like Johnny himself. Matt Otis
Singer/Guitarist/Songwriter Matt Otis has become a regional favorite multi-talented performer over the last couple decades. He will be playing on the Music Tent Stage on Saturday, August 19th 11:30 a.m. – 1:30. Matt not only does his solo performer shows but is also a member of his band Matt Otis & The Sound. Matt has performed at Richland Community Days a few times over the years and was highly praised for his shows. He covers a wide range of songs and music styles and has a very unique talent of looping music and sounds while he plays to make songs sound like an entire band.

This Indecision
Pittsburgh area band This Indecision will be coming to Richland Community Days for their first show at this festival on Saturday, August 19th 2:30 – 4:30 on The Music Tent Stage. This 6 piece band of highly professional musicians and singers have been generating a lot of talk and impressing audiences all over western and central Pennsylvania. With 5 lead singers and terrific harmony vocals, they deliver quite a show of classic rock favorite songs covering Journey, Styx, Boston, The Who, Foreigner, Kansas, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, The Doors, Pink Floyd, and much more. Today, the band features the powerful combination of Ryan Krinjeck on guitar and lead/backing vocal, Chris "Stewie" Myer on the bass/backing vocals, and Jesse August on the drums/backing vocals.
Shades of June is a versatile rock powerhouse with the ability to entertain you with all genres of covers, and exciting originals that are sure to keep the dance-floor packed and make any event a huge success. Come out, let loose, and get to know them! You'll be glad you did.

Performing at Richland Community Days for their first time is Undercover on Saturday, August 19th 7:00 - 9:00 at the Field Stage. Undercover is one of western Pennsylvania's hottest dance music bands. The group has been playing across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia for many years at festivals, events, and nightclubs with their energetic show. Another band making their first appearance at Richland Community Days will be ultimate 1980s party music band Ridgemont High on Saturday, August 19th 10:00 – 12:00 midnight.
